    I am getting an error message when I am trying to post or edit a post. It says:

    Error: Array ( [curl] => [Error] => Array ( [Type] => Sender [Code] => MissingAuthenticationToken [Message] => Request is missing Authentication Token ) [RequestId] => 2d67df19-08db-11e5-b378-df0ecd26aec5 )
    Error : [512] SimpleEmailService::sendEmail(): Sender – MissingAuthenticationToken: Request is missing Authentication Token Request Id: 2d67df19-08db-11e5-b378-df0ecd26aec5

    Whatever instructions you have PLEASE explain them step by step and as simple as possible as I am new to this and don’t understand at all what I am doing.

    What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

    I am using Sugar and Spice. I downloaded it from within WordPress. I kept getting the error all day yesterday no matter what I tried to do. It seems to be better today.

    Where are you finding the provided error message?

    It is a very ‘odd’ looking error message. I doubt the theme noted is using curl or any tokens. Are you using a Child Theme or any plugins that use curl?

    Have you tried:
    – Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches.
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems. Also remember to deactivate any plugins in the mu-plugins folder (if you have created such folder). The easiest way is to rename that folder to mu-plugins-old.
    – If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the unedited default Twenty Fifteen theme for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    It stopped doing that. It was a one day thing. I think it was an issue with WordPress that cleared itself up.

    Glad it got sorted ??
