    Hi I have followed the video tutorials and done everything. I have also checked the topic in this forum with the same issue and follow the instructions but the problem still persist.
    When I am trying to SEND TO GOOGLE MERCHANT I get this message “Something is wrong! Please try again”.
    But as I told you I have followed all the instructions but maybe I am still doing something wrong? Can you help me to solve the problem, please?. Thank you

    Hi Alan, thanks for reaching out to us.

    First, try going through the Authentication process again.
    Make sure you have followed all the steps correctly. Use the following article for assistance:

    If it still doesn’t work, then I would need you to send me two information.

    1. Go to Dashboard > Product Feed > Settings and click on the System Status tab. See image: https://jmp.sh/HLDmAuG
    Take a screenshot and send it to us.

    2. Click on Send To Google. Once you get the error, go to Dashboard > WooCommece > Status and click on the Logs tab.See image: https://jmp.sh/NVZByjG
    Here, view the latest log. Copy the data, save it on a text document and send it to us.

    Also, did you publish the feed first?

    I think I do publish the feed first. But I tried putting them under review and still giving me the error “Something is wrong! Please try again”

    Hi Alan, there could be a number of reasons why this error is happening. In most cases, it is either due to not creating proper authentication when integrating with Google API for Shopping, or not authenticating properly from the plugin dashboard with the correct client secret and client ID.

    I will suggest you to try auto-syncing all over again one more time.
    Create a new campaign on your Google Console and integrate the API. Follow every step of the video without skipping.

    Hi Sultan, I have integrated the campaign for the third time and still not working. At least there is the possibility that because the feed Merchant Type is set to Google not Shopping or problems with the Attributes I really do not know what else to do.
    Can I send you my credentials in a private message for you to check it? thanks

    Hi Alan, in that case, what you can do is you can give us temporary access we can look into it directly.

    You may send the ID and pass on our e-mail, [email protected]

    We would need you to give us access to plugins on your WordPress site.
    And we will need access to your Google Merchant account since this is related to integration.

    Set temporary passwords so that you can change it after we are done fixing the issue.
