    Hi there,

    Do you have the role administrator or are you logged in with another account maybe, one that has a “lower” role?

    It’s very unlikely that this is a plugin issue, better to post this in the Troubleshooting forum section. If you’re really logged in with an account that has a role of administrator, I’m clueless what else this could be. Sorry.

    PS. Are you using the MailChimp for WP plugin? There are a few MailChimp plugins you know. ??
