error message when trying to upload

    I downloaded and installed the plugin today. I tried to upload a zip file that is about 7mb and the plugin gave me an error message after about 2mb. I tried in both safari and Chrome.
    I don’t know the version of the WP but I know it must be very recent because I just installed the WordPress on my site
    Please help

    Hi Nick,

    This means that the server doesn’t have writeable storage in its temporary directory. When uploading in chunks, the chunks have to be written to disk and then all stitched together to create the final plugin. 2MB will be the first chunk, and the failure there indicates that it couldn’t be written. So, you will need to talk to the hosting company.
