Error message when trying to upload theme

    Dear Forum
    I purchased a theme (Quadrum Magazine – Envato Market) but when I try to upload it in WordPress – Appearance – Themes I get the following error

    This site can’t be reached
    The connection was reset.
    Try:
    Checking the connection
    Checking the proxy and the firewall
    Running Network Diagnostics
    ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

    Any help please

    – For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.
    – As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
