Error message while trying to activate

I copied the access key for the security plugin from my dashboard, pasted it into the security plugin settings, and when I attempt to save it in the plugin settings I get this message:
Errors:
2021-11-10 12:42:51: API key validating: Key is not valid. Key: (removed).
