Since its last update the calendars do not work, what do we do? Do we close the web? How can they do an update that does not work? I’m using the theme you recommend, and your plugin. Have not you tested it? Solutions?? estimated time?

  • I’m having the same problem. If I delete the calender shortcode, my league appears again. But the calenders aren’t.

    Hi!

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry for the trouble.

Often when this happens it’s because the timezone has been lost. Please kindly try setting it again (both under SportsPress settings and under WordPress settings).

If that doesn’t work, please kindly share more details about the error you are getting so we can help.

BTW, it’s worth metioning that we as developers do our best to test our plugins, but it’s simply impossible for us to catch all issues. On the other hand, anyone using a plugin should test updates in a test server before pushing it to the live version. That is recommended not just for our plugin, but for any plugins, themes and even WordPress itself.

    Thanks!

if you create a plugin and also indicate which template we should put (rockie). the users that we listen to them hope that they will test it and publish it when not of problems. One of its basic functions are the calendars is not a minor function. I’m not worth the excuses that you have to try, obviously that part is controlled. It is your plugin that does not work, because with an earlier version there are no problems. For when a patch for this problem?

These are captured with previous version and with new version. Calendar does not work in new version error with calendar

@deliopk There are a number of possible causes for this, and we appreciate your efforts in helping us locate the exact issue.

We haven’t been able to reproduce this issue yet, so it might be an edge-case scenario. Could you tell me if any of these work?

    1. [event_blocks] (same shortcode, no ID)
    2. [event_list 10316] (difference shortcode, same ID)
    3. Viewing the calendar directly

It would also help to know the PHP version and WordPress version you have installed.

    Thanks!

@deliopk Try to set your timezone for city instead of UTC https://take.ms/OWb3C Looks like it helped me.

@ramzesimus Ah, you’re right! The issue was with relative UTC timezones. We’ve just released version 2.5.3 which fixes this issue.

    Many thanks @brianmiyaji and @ramzesimus !!

    Kind regards!
