Error message with Malcare plug-in on the WP panel

Hello team I have this problem:
And I already did the exact procedure stated in this post:

Then I accessed dminio: https://app.malcare.com/
Where I found data panel malcare connection to my website and apparently everything ok there.
But if I try to access the malcare settings panel directly through the plugin installed on the wp I still can’t and still giving the same error / warning.
I’ve done the procedure above, cleared the cache, restarted the server and the same thing … Can you help?
