Error message with new plugin update

    I just recently updated to the new version. I love the new fullscreen feature and the ability to set windowing on loading! Unfortunately, however, I’m getting the following error message on many cases that I was not getting before: “Error: Cannot append a slice with different orientation”

    It seems I’m only getting this error on coronal and sagittal views, not axial.

    Any ideas on how I can fix this issue?

    What’s odd is that I did not receive this error message before the update and the DICOM files have not changed in the interval. Is it possible for me to manually suppress an error message with added code? I ask because the DICOM files work fine after I acknowledge the error message.

    The error suggests that you are mixing files with different orientation and dwv does not know how to handle this. The old version probably did not do the check which would explain why you did not receive the error. Do you also have the error with the dwv standalone viewer? If you do, would it be a problem to separate the files?
