    Hi, I receive these two messages when I use your plugin. I’m using your Buddypress add on as well. WordPress & Buddypress are current versions.

    When I click on “All Users” I receive this message:

    The website encountered an error while retrieving https://lochmoorclub.com/wp-admin/users.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

    Then when I tried to click on the user list I created through your plugin, I received this message:

    A shutdown was triggered, possibly a fatal error was caught. Please note the message below when reporting this.
    Array ( [type] => 1 [message] => Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) [file] => /home/lochmoor/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php [line] => 1227 )

    Any ideas why this is happening/How to fix? My host had previously shut your plugin down because they told me it was crashing the site.

    HI,

    upgrade to latest version and it should be a bit better.
    Note also the comments at the bottom of the main page

    The plugin woeks the way it does because it started as a need to be able to access fields not stored the ‘wp way’. so it does some cacheing etc – this does cause some db load.

    I hope to offer a straight query option too soon, however this would then of course only work (from a filtering and sorting point of view) for wp user and usermeta fields stored the way wordpress intended.

    @anmari thanks for your response! I am using the latest version of the plugin.

    I have approximately 850 users in my database. User information is not updated very frequently though. Can you recommend a good cache setting that might help with a DB of this size?

    Thanks!
