Error messages

I upgraded to the paid version of this plugin and it has been working completely fine on my site. However recently all of my courses display the following error message:

Notice: Undefined variable: type in /home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/insert-or-embed-articulate-content-into-wordpress-premium-v4/include/shortcode.php on line 17

Notice: Undefined variable: border in /home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/insert-or-embed-articulate-content-into-wordpress-premium-v4/include/shortcode.php on line 22

Do you have any idea what might be causing these error messages to appear?
