Error Messages after upgrading to 2.5

    When i try to “EDIT” a post i get:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_edit_posts_query() in /home/content/s/u/g/sugarykisses/html/wp-admin/edit.php on line 38

    When i try to make a new post, i get:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_default_post_to_edit() in /home/content/s/u/g/sugarykisses/html/wp-admin/post-new.php on line 37

    Also when i try to write a new page i get:Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_default_page_to_edit() in /home/content/s/u/g/sugarykisses/html/wp-admin/page-new.php on line 23

    I downloaded WP 2.5 (3) TIMES and overwritten the files and still i get this after upgrading successfully. Help pls. My blog works fine but in my dashboard, i can’t post or edit.

    i fixed it. ON MY OWN

    What did you do to correct things, I’m unable to access the admin area at all, although my pages load properly

    I’m getting these exact messages, and I’ve searched around all night to no avail. This thread is the only place I’ve seen the exact error messages. Can anyone help?

    I am having this same problem, how did you fix it? Anyone?

    If I click on MANAGE in my dashboard I get this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_edit_posts_query() in /hsphere/local/home/lol/jwc/blog/wp-admin/edit.php on line 38

    I can’t figure out how to fix it. I did try to reinstall but that didn’t work.
