    Hi there, @andy2502,

I’m seeing a ‘There has been a critical error on your website.’ when trying to access your home page. That error is part of the built-in WordPress protection for sites that have crashed due to bad or invalid code (also known as a White Screen of Death, or WSOD for short).

An email was automatically sent to the site admin with a way to log in and deactivate the plugin or theme causing problems. That email goes to the address listed as the site admin. If that address is different from yours (maybe an admin@ address), then you may not receive this.

Are you the site admin? Did you receive any emails referencing this?

If the error message mentions the WP Super Cache plugin, please send us the full error message and we’ll look into it for you. Otherwise, you’ll want to contact whoever makes the plugin or theme causing the error for help resolving it.

If you did not receive an email, it’s best to start by manually disabling all plugins as explained in the www.ads-software.com troubleshooting guide:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/

From there, you may need to reach out to your host for help.

    Hope that’s all clear!

    Hey @andy2502,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
