    Hello,

I try to install the plugin “site kit”, but get this error “Method not allowed” and sometimes just redirect to the home page without any notification or message!

I try to reinstall the plugin, deactivate other plugins on the website and try to activate it from a new browser!

    Any idea!

@alaanassar Can you perform the following troubleshooting steps:
    – Temporarily disable ModSecurity from your web host if enabled
    – Check that your web host doesn’t restrict REST API requests. (Your WordPress REST API could also be disable via a plugin or function)
    – Temporarily disable any caching plugins or plugins with known compatibility limitations from the plugins website documentation

If you are encountering the same issue after checking the above please share the following:
    – Your web hosting provider
    – Any search console errors that appear on the screen with the error
    – Your site health information

@alaanassar we were able to address this issue with a fix on our end. Could you try the setup process and let us know if it is resolved for you?

@alaanassar we’ve just released version 1.1.0 and advise updating. If your issue is resolved, update your topic status or reply with any further information.
