Error: Multiple Blocks for Name/Email

    Hi,
    I decided to tweak my registration form on my website and instead of just one box for the Name and one for the email, I now have 4 of each (and I only want one of each). I have checked the setting multiple times and I have reset the form. I also updated WP and QEM. I am not sure what is causing this issue as it worked perfectly before. In the settings, under Registration, the example form looks correct, but it is not showing up on my site like that. Any idea what is causing this undesired duplication and how it can be corrected?

    I figured out the problem! It was a user error (meaning that I entered 4 registrants per registration when I thought I was limiting the space in the event). I don’t know how to delete this, but feel free to delete it since there wasn’t actually a problem.
