    I am not sure what happened/.

    I contributed to a topic raised by someone else and this morning, everything was gone. I couldn’t find any of my replies and it now shows the topic is resolved.

    I agreed that the topic wasn’t initiated by me but the right thing to do is to tell me if I should open my own topic on the issue or not.

    Haven’t said that, I have received or read many responses on my problem, however, the link sent to me yesterday was for me to open a ticket with more detailed explanation. I don’t know what else to say.

    Whenever I install the plugin, the site stops working, no page or post is accessible until the plugin is deactivated.

    I have also told the developer that I use the latest plugins, mostly premiums and I also have the latest version of wordpress.

    @publishpress, would you like to continue to assist me on this?

    @naijacenter That topic was closed as it was hijacked by others from the original person with the problem. Thank you for starting your own topic.

    @publishpress Could you support your opensource collaborator users, not your customers, you want to help the community here in these forums and set a great example to future volunteer plugin authors who look up to you for inspiration in these forums here? In this topic?

    @jdembowski Understood, thanks

    @naijacenter

    – Are 100% of your plugins up-to-date?
    – Does it help if you disable any other plugin?
    – Is your site using at least PHP 5.6?
    – Do you see anything at all in your site’s error logs?

    Thank you for your understanding.

    naijacenter Also if you have not yet considered it you may want to install this plugin.

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

    In addition to providing a lot of information for your PHP version, settings, plugins, etc. it has the ability to let you disable your plugins and theme for just your logged in session.

    That means you can troubleshoot without affecting any other visitors to your site. They’ll see your normal WordPress site while and any plugins you deactivate via that plugin will only be seen by you.

    Plugins are 100 percent updated.

    Yes, didn’t help.
    My site is using 5.6.
    I can’t see the error logs, I just looked for it.

    [ Please do not bump. ]

    Hi @naijacenter

    – Does it help if you disable all the other plugins? @jdembowski has given you safe way to do this.

    – Please do learn how to find the error logs on your site. Your hosting company can help.
