error “no review on your google platform”

Hi there,
I’m trying to install your plugin on my website.
The page link is correct https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Google&query_place_id=ChIJ7RDiF1mbyRIReNJM_Thh_r0
However it says that I dont have any review (when I have 32) and though they are not displayed.
Can you help please?
