I’m getting the following message on my Backups page.

BackUpWordPress detected issues with your last backup.
Mysqldump: sh: /usr/local/php/bin/mysql: No such file or directory

I cannot complete an automatic update or manual update. My last automatic update was completed 4/28/16. It’s supposed to update everyday at midnight. Help, please!

Okay, I think this is indicating that your MySQLDump command isn’t able to find the module it needs to run.

Our plugin uses one of two different functions to back up the database, MySQLDump or PDO:mysql – one of these has to be installed, with all the proper privileges, in order for the plugin to be able to back up the database.

Please check with your host and see if either of those options are available and if so, that they have all needed permissions available as well.

    Thanks,
    Kat
