    Recently a couple of clients have encountered this message and have been unable to submit their selections:

    “Error: none check failed. Refresh your browser window.”

    Is this caused by something I am doing? Can I take steps to prevent this from happening?

    Hi @joeclarkx,

    sorry to hear you are having issues using picu.

    In your WordPress Admin please go to “picu > Settings > Debug Info”, copy the contents of this page and send it to [email protected]. Also can you send us a link to a collection where this is happening?

    Ok, we were able to resolve this via Email.

    We asked Joe to follow this guide to check for incompatibilities, and he was able to get it to work by excluding picu collections from Fastest Cache and Jetpack.

    Joe: “I didn’t do the whole guide- just excluding from fastest cache and jetpack.”
