    Error not showing “Please verify you are not a robot” when ReCaptcha remain unchecked and hit submit the form
    I am using
    Contact form 7 plugin version “5.6.1”
    and
    ReCaptcha v2 for Contact Form 7 version “1.4.0”
    Theme I am using simpleisbest
    Developing website on my local server Xamp.

    Thank you for reporting this issue. It looks like a Contact Form 7 update changed the way validation works. We are investigating this issue and will push an update as soon as we know more.

    Thank you again for reporting this issue. It took a bit of time to track down exactly what Contact Form 7 changed, but we have just pushed an update to fix this issue. Please update your plugin version to 1.4.3, and you should find this issue resolved. Should you have any other questions, you may reply back to this thread, and we can assist further.     I have the same issue. On my site, the plugin was auto-updated to 1.4.3, but the checkbox still doesn’t show. Any thoughts?

    If you could open a new thread – that sounds like a different issue. Usually if the reCaptcha checkbox does not appear at all there is a configuration issue and we would recommend reading through and verifying the Installation Steps. Linking your website in the new thread will help us better debug this issue.

    Oh, sorry – I misread the OP and thought the “not showing” was referring to the whole thing. Okay, I’ll open a new thread.
