Error Nothing Return & Min Offers Not Working

  • I had a potential customer tell me that they couldn’t submit an offer, so I tested and got “Error: nothing return”.

    I look in here and saw that it could be a jQuery issue. I looked at the page source and I disabled the woocommerce enhanced analytics plugin.

    Now I get an offer error (reminds me my offer has to meet the minimum – it was well over it). If my min offer is say $75 and I put in anything over $75, it still doesn’t work.

    I had to disable the plugin until I can dig into it further on a test site, but thought you should know.

    Jquery conflicts usually comes from other plugins, I’m happy that you figured that out.
    About min offer,Can you tell me how you are checking that? you are using auto accept option ? Also, Can you confirm our plugin and woo version?

    Min offer – I attempted to make an offer on a product with the min offer set.

    Not using the auto accept option.

    Plugin: 1.4.8.3

    Woo: 3.3.1

    I’m going to clone the site and test elsewhere and will let you know if I find anything.

    @digitsoft, I;m sorry for the trouble we were able to reproduce this problem on our test setup as well, not sure why this happened. But I have added this to our git repo. and we will be going to get this checked properly and make necessary adjustments.
    I will update you here once this issue is resolved.

    I am facing the same issue. also I have uninstall all the plugins. but the issue occurs. Tell me why I am facing this issue? Is there any bug in your plugin ?

    Sorry for delay getting back, We have made some adjustments for that issue in our plugin, Please download the zip file here… And upload it mannually via FTP or cpanel. After that clear yours browser , CDN / Plugin cache then give it another shot. I will appreciate your feedback about this.
