    Hello,

    First of all thank you for your interest in our plugin. This seems like it could be a mail server issue. Make sure that your wordpress instance has the ability to send emails.

    I’m having the same issue as sweethreads except I’ve just installed this. tested each of the pieces and they all work except email before download.
    https://www.techadp.com/software/ this is my page although not currently in the menu of my site.

    I don’t know what else to do or how to fix this problem.
