Error occured (2)

  • Hi,
    when i click Pay Now button to complete order i get “Error occured” message.

    I found this in logs and it may be the problem , but i’m not sure how to fix it.

    Thank you for your message,
    Our plugin works fine until you edit the plugin’s code. So, we can’t know with 100% accuracy what the error is.

    HI,

    I re-installed from scratch yesterday, downloading new files from your website. So nothing has been touched in the code.

    The difference in the code you showed in the screenshots it’s due to “Select template mode” option. I’ve just set it on “both” instead of “portrait” and now that string is like yours.

    I also have same problem,
    and i don’t know if you haven’t see but the developer have same problem in the demo ??
