Error occured while retrieving the facebook feed

    Ever since I upgraded the website to 4.7.2. The plug in has stopped working. It just displays the following error: Error occurred while retrieving the facebook feed.

    I see that others had a similar issue about a month ago but it got resolved back then. Others are having problems having now but adding to the thread marked resolved so I am starting a new thread. It is clearly NOT RESOLVED.

    The web site is trying to retrieve the feed with the fan page ID faithmarshall.author but I have tried with many other facebook IDs and I can’t get it to retrieve anything. Please advise.

    I just checked your site now and it working fine there. ??
    it’s a temporary issue from facebook.
