    When I order the gift vouchers, after enter everything, it pops-up with the following:

    https://www.embroiderheaven.com says “error occured”

    I have configured everything. in the payment settings; I only use PayPal so I select “Paypal enable to YES”, I generated Paypal CLient ID and Paypal Secret Key then click Save setting. It did said “your setting saved successfully”; yet it won’t let me buy it.

    Can someone tell me what does that mean?

    Can you please confirm you have set “Change PDF Save Option” option enable from plugin settings?

    If this is enable then can you please confirm “allow_url_fopen” this settings are enable from your server? It will surely work if this option set to 1 from server.

    I enabled “change PDF save option”; however, I don’t know how to do your 2nd request. Please provide more instruction.

    For the second option you need to contact to your hosting provider to make this option (allow_url_fopen) enable from server side. It will surely work after doing this.
