Ah yes. I know that error (after Google translate at least…).

What it means is that the WordPress system can’t connect to the central update servers. This could be because there’s something happening on your server like a firewall or block, or the network is having some issues or that the WordPress servers are a bit overloaded (which can happen when everyone is trying to download the latest update at the same time).

The times that I’ve seen it on my sites it’s been periodic and does come good soon. If it happens a lot I’d talk to your hosting company and see if they can do anything.

Friend, this happens all the time I try to update WordPress or plugins, regardless of time, for example.

About the hosting company actually use a VPS and have full access, including’ve tried disabling the ConfigServer Firewall (CSF & LFD) and ModSecurity but not resolved.
