Error occurred while importing templates

    I just installed your plugin and tried to import the starter templates but got an error: Oops! An error occurred while importing the templates! Please let me know if I can do anything to get your more troubleshooting information. Also, I turned on “share usage data” with developer after install.

  • I have installed the plugin in the pro version!
    During the import of the starter templates i got the same error too.
    I create some newe template but if i integrate it in my page
    the page produces much errors and it will not view as during creating the templates.
    I want my money back soon!

    Hi, importing the templates should now be fixed. Sorry for that, there was something on the templates server preventing the download.

    We also released updates to the free and pro version where we added some extra checks to make sure the import works as it should. Thanks
