    Try to press Synchronize with Cloud button here:

    WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk

    Yes, that took care of it. I’ll remember to try that in the future if I ever get that error again. We very much appreciate your plugin! Thank you!

    Also, I have one user marked as a spam user because “No IP adress” (BTW, it should be spelled “address”) but I know they are not a spam user. Is there a way to whitelist them or something?
