    Hello.

    I just installed the Anti-Spam by CleanTalk plugin. And I came across the error message.

    Hello @jayhan,

    1. Please click the “Synchronize with Cloud” button in the plugin settings, wait until the rotating icon disappears and refresh the page.
    2. If it didn’t help, try reactivating the plugin with clearing all its data in the database:
    • WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → enable the “Complete Deactivation” option → Save Changes.
    • WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Deactivate and then Activate.
    • Insert your Access Key in the plugin settings.

    Thank you so much for your super-fast reply. The error message has been removed after I click the “Synchronize with Cloud” button and refresh the page.

    Issue now resolved. I followed all your instructions for previous user but they didn’t work. However, I logged out and back in to my website and all is now well. Thank you

    This is happening on ALL of my websites. I went to do maintenance on them all and every one of them including newly added sites fail to download this information. I assume this has to be on the server end failing to deliver it.
