• Can’t get rid of this message even after following these instructions:

    1. Please click the “Synchronize with Cloud” button in the plugin settings, wait until the rotating icon disappears and refresh the page.
    2. If it didn’t help, try reactivating the plugin with clearing all its data in the database:
    • WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → enable the “Complete Deactivation” option → Save Changes.
    • WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Deactivate and then Activate.
    • Insert your Access Key in the plugin settings.

    Hosted at inmotion hosting. I didn’t build the website, just doing care plan services. Any idea why this is a happening?
