    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'WP_Statistics_Updates' not found in /wp-content/plugins/wp-statistics/includes/classes/class-wp-statistics-welcome.php:78

    You can ignore this error because it belongs to our previous version and occurs once, while updating to the new version, so don’t worry! It doesn’t cause any problem.

  • So for me another Update i will skip, to many bad replys which are telling about errors, high CPU performace etc. this Plug in was not “updated” this plug in was “destroyed” with the Update…

    The only way to save this plugin is to completely withdraw all updates 13.x and to develop it again from the scratch.
    Asking users to install an apparently not fully tested plugin into a running system and asking them to report if it worked is a complete no-go.
    What kind of professionals are you guys? You can be happy that probably most people here only use the free version and therefore have no liability claims against you.
    And how on earth can you dare to describe this problem solved?

    Hello.
    The new version of the plugin 13.0.3 does not want to be installed on the site https://levitanstudio.ru/. Lots of bugs appear. Screenshot: https://yadi.sk/i/PrWPVl_axCezlg

    I get that you spent a year on this update and that it is sad to see your hard work go to waste but honestly you just have to accept that you messed up and pull this version back cus it is just one big error and nothing good will come out of it if you keep pushing it down peoples throats when it does not fit in them. I think this is a general problem with “updates”. Sometimes they just mess everything up because even if something is working people always have to mess with it.

    @veronalabs i totally agree with @bsoftde and @japanoholic ! Put this Code to the BIN. Restart the WOtk and as i said it before, just delete all code which aitomatically “attacs” the Database. This kind of stuff should only be done by acting as Website Admin!

    I have tried renaming and then deleting this plugin and my site is still down. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

    Deleting the plugin completely finally worked.

    Updating to v13.0.3 restored normal functionality here, including dashboard.

    To work around the original problem, I had previously moved the wp-statistics plugin directory to wp-statistics-[date]. This restored dashboard (with no statistics displaying on the site, of course).

    In any case, everything looks OK now after the update. Thanks!

    Had one of my websites destroyed after updating to the new and “safe” version. Still got error messages after updates even though the site is still working. That’s pretty bad when you have around 40 websites that run your plugin. Hope you guys will sort it out.

    My website crashed after the update as well!

    I had to create a complete new user and database to get rid of the problem. Otherwise I had no chance to bring my website back online after the crash thanks to this plugin. To say that we should ignore this bug is unbelievable!

    I will no longer use your plugin if you care that less about the users.
