Hi – I’m repeatedly getting the following error, when trying to authorize the app:

Graph returned an error: Can’t Load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.Status Code: 193

I’ve triple checked that I have the App & Secret Keys correct, and as far as I can tell the relevant FB settings also match. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Here’s what I have as the app settings in FB:

    App Domains: hasepharadi.com
    Website URL: https://hasepharadi.com/
    Valid OAuth Redirect URIs: https://hasepharadi.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php?action=ife_facebook_authorize_callback

    Client OAuth settings:
    Client OAuth Login – No
    Web OAuth Login – Yes
    Enforce HTTPS – Yes
Force Web OAuth Reauthentication – No
Embedded Browser OAuth Login – No
Use Strict Mode for Redirect URIs – Yes
    Login From Devices – No

    Thanks!

    -Luna

    Hi ,

Make sure you have put your site domain in app domain in FB app. Please check this instruction.

    Please check below points too
    – App need to be In-Development Mode
    – Your site need to be https (SSL)
    – You need to put Site URL & OAuth Redirect URL in login settings of FB app
    – You need to mark each event as Interested to be able to get that auto imported
    – You need use authorize using same FB account in plug-in admin section

    Thanks

    Hi,

I appreciate your response, and I apologize if this was unclear from my initial post, but I’ve already ensured all of that.

I double-checked everything a few minutes ago, and am still getting the error.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello @lunacodes,

In App setting there will be option to app domain where you need to put domain name that’s what error says.

Can you please recheck? if not sort out can you send screenshot of app?

    Hi,

Appologies I didn’t have a chance to respond earlier. Here are the relevant screenshots. (Note: I’ve blacked out the Private Key, but have confirmed that it is accurate):

Can you please make sure you are authorizing using same account? Haven’t shown screenshot with error please?

You can also contact on our website with more details.

    Hi,

I already posted the error message in my OP:

Graph returned an error: Can’t Load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.Status Code: 193

A screenshot of it would literally just be a white screen with that text. I’ve also made sure that I’m authorizing using the same account – unfortunately it didn’t address the problem.

I’ll try writing to Facebook’s support I guess.
