Error on automations page

  • Hi all

    I am new to mailpoet, I have it installed for few weeks, never really used it yet unless to setup a couple forms that haven’t been used yet

    When I go to the automation page (I wanted to stup an autoresponder for specific registrations forms) I get this message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    I tried to update the plugin, no luck.

    These types of?errors are most often caused by either missing or corrupted files, which can happen if there’s some type of glitch while updating WordPress plugins/themes and something doesn’t go as expected.

    As a first step here, I’d recommend re-installing the plugin and then checking to see if the issue is resolved. You can remove the plugin and re-install it from your admin dashboard’s Plugins page, or alternatively we have a guide for re-installing via FTP here:

    I tried to update the plugin, but with no luck.

    From your system information I can see that your WP_Memory_Limit & your PHP max-execution_time values are low. I’ll suggest you reach out to your hosting to increase these values.

    Can you let me know the error you encountered when you tried updating the plugin via the guide I sent to you earlier?
