• Hello,
I′ve just created room with about 500 seats and tried to test the booking procedure from the backend.
Looks like I′m able to book only one seat. This went smoothly, with all the messages and emails.
When I select multiple seats I get the ape with the cut cables after the second step right behind the summary.
I set the limits on empty or on 50.
    Any idea?
I put the shortcode on an Elementor page and a regular WordPress page. Same result.

By the way, is there a chance to skip the contact information for every single ticket.
    We don′t need this feature.

    Thanks in advance

    Regards

    pamalu

    Hey
Strange. I was not able to reproduce the issue. Maybe you can send a screenshot of the issue (it might help).
Currently you cant skip the contact information but this feature is already in the wishlist.

Hello and thank you for the quick response.
I send you the window before the error and the error.
I tested it again with only one seat, and it went well

Are there any known conflicts with other plugins?

Do you see any errors in browser console (in Google Chrome and Windows machine you can open it CTRL + SWIFT+ j )?
There have been conflicts with Elementor plugin but those should be fixed by now. Also some people have reported conflicts with some SMTP mail plugins.

    Hi, I′ve found something:
First in the “site-health” and then in the Console.
The pending_booking_expiration is executed too late.
The alerts in the console are yours to figure out, please.

I cant seem to reproduce the issue. You might have some conflicts with other plugins.
