Error on breadcrumb schema on categories

Hello,
As you can see here https://www.thermorecetas.com/recetas-thermomix/hallowen/ your plugin is including breadcrumb schema on categories pages.
I think the plugin is including all categories of the last post instead of include only the HOME > Category breadcrumb.
