  • Hi @branding1,

    [Severity] => ERROR
    [Source] => prof
    [Code] => 1000
    [Message] => Authentication Failed

    This error comes when you have incorrectly filled in the FedEx credentials.
    Kindly fill these fields with correct values and you will not face the problem of rates again :

    ‘FedEx Account Number”
    “Fedex Meter Number”
    “Web Services Key”
    “Web Services Password”.

    Also make sure that the checkbox “Production Key” is only checked when you are using live credentials and not test credentials.
    let us know if you have any query.

    I think I’ve got the correct details now… but now this:

    stdClass Object
    (
    [HighestSeverity] => ERROR
    [Notifications] => Array
    (
    [0] => stdClass Object
    (
    [Severity] => ERROR
    [Source] => crs
    [Code] => 836
    [Message] => Destination Postal-State Mismatch.
    [LocalizedMessage] => Destination Postal-State Mismatch.
    )

    [1] => stdClass Object

    Is this ok…

    stdClass Object
    (
    [HighestSeverity] => NOTE
    [Notifications] => stdClass Object
    (
    [Severity] => NOTE
    [Source] => crs
    [Code] => 819
    [Message] => The origin state/province code has been changed.
    [LocalizedMessage] => The origin state/province code has been changed.
    )

    [TransactionDetail] => stdClass Object
    (
    [CustomerTransactionId] => *** WooCommerce Rate Request ***

    Hi @branding1,

    – “Destination Postal-State Mismatch”. This error comes when you have provided a State and a postcode which is not of that state. Kindly confirm this.
    – Also, if this is correct, then please check the shipper state and postcode in the plugin settings page.

    Ideally fixing this should resolve your problem.
    If you are still facing any problem, do let us know. We are here to help.

    Hi,

    The Shipper postcode is 33402 in the settings (I can’t see where the state goes). The WooCommerce Store Settings is set to United State – Florida, 33402.

    I’m testing the cart with the address using Texas 79110.

    I’m getting this now….

    stdClass Object
    (
    [HighestSeverity] => NOTE
    [Notifications] => stdClass Object
    (
    [Severity] => NOTE
    [Source] => crs
    [Code] => 819
    [Message] => The origin state/province code has been changed.
    [LocalizedMessage] => The origin state/province code has been changed.
    )

    [TransactionDetail] => stdClass Object
    (
    [CustomerTransactionId] => *** WooCommerce Rate Request ***
    )

    Hi @branding1,

    This is not an error.It is just a note.

    You must be getting the rates now. Can you please check and confirm?

    (@branding1)

    Thank you. Rates are appearing now.

    This would be a huge encouragement for us.

    Sigh! It’s happening again. I’m getting this error:

    stdClass Object
    (
    [HighestSeverity] => FAILURE
    [Notifications] => stdClass Object
    (
    [Severity] => FAILURE
    [Source] => wsi
    [Code] => 0105
    [Message] => General Failure
    )

    )

    Hi @branding1,

    This usually happens because of temporary FedEx server malfunction.
    Kindly try after 4-5 hours. If the issue does not resolve, then we request you to approach FedEx team. They will surely help you with this.
