error on chechout place order

    Hello, I installed the plugin correctly, on live, work by click on paypal button on product or cart.
    but go to my checkout, click to select PayPal payment option, click on “Place order”
    And this checkout message error appear ‘Error while processing the order. Please try again.’
    I have not this error message with other paiment method selected (or with an other paypal checkout plugin)
    Any ideas about what could be the problem? there is no line error on logs files.

    I tried on staging site with an other theme, on plugin desactivate juste woocommerce, prbleme is the same if select your paypal payment method at checkout page.
