    I’m getting error when I checkout which I can’t continue due to this error message “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.” anyone know to fix this? I have deactivated all plugins and same error. thanks.

    Please confirm if you have configured the plugin on your site as mentioned in our documentation below:

    If yes, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status to understand how your site is configured? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    I apologize for the delay below is the system report, also I noticed there’s an update on woocommerce but they’re telling me I somewhat need to update this plugin.

    And yes it was configured correctly, because it was working before .. Also the theme support tried helping me i.e. I and they deactivated all plugins and seems they too having issue and can’t figured it out. So they told me to contact you guys.

    Is there a way I can email you the report? thanks.

    You can just copy and paste the report directly into this thread, and if you don’t prefer going that route, you can submit a ticket with us with the information attached: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    You may need to create an account as a heads up, but please include the report there and we can further investigate.

    I have the same problem with PayPal Express Checkout

    Today I noticed that the PayPal Express Checkout (which has been working without any problems so far) is not working. It is possible that this malfunction has been present for some time, but I only noticed it today.
    The PayPal Express checkout in my WordPress installation is integrated via the official WooCommerce plug-ins and has been running without any problems so far. Now the payment data is not transmitted after a successful PayPal login, or often a login to PayPal is already not possible.
    Even deactivating several plug-ins did not solve the problem.
    Payment processing via the normal PayPal access works smoothly.
    I have already created a ticket via woocommerce.com, but I was first referred to the forum.

    Hi there @alp21,

    If you don’t mind, please create a new topic or wait for an answer to your WooCommerce.com ticket, as support requests are often quite different and don’t necessarily overlap in cause. Thanks!
