Error on checkout with [checkout_manual] in Cart66 Lite plugin

  • I’ve seen that the developers of Cart66 are active on this forum, hopefully they can help me out.

    I’m trying out Cart66 Lite for the first time, and I was immediately impressed by how well it worked out of the box. But, I’m running into a wall with checkout.

    I changed the short code to [checkout_manual] in the Checkout page. Now when I click “Checkout” I get the following message:

    Fatal error: Class ‘Cart66Account’ not found in /home3/evolvedm/public_html/_dev/smallworld/wp-content/plugins/cart66-lite/views/checkout-form.php on line 2

    How can this be corrected?

    I too am getting this error message when I added the shortcode [checkout_manual]. If you get a fix can you let me know…or if you find an alternative that works as well.

    i’m not using [checkout_manual] though – on my checkout page i have

    [cart mode="read"]
[checkout_paypal]

    i’m having trouble reproducing this error

    i’m also concerned sales may be affected since i have not recorded any sales that correspond with the approx. time of the error, nor any sales at all actually, since the last update (1.1.3).

    I was having a similar problem and ended up just downgrading back to the previous version and everything is working fine now. When I get a chance, I’ll see if I can spot what changed that might have thrown a wrench in.

    i see they changed some HTML and CSS stuff – i don’t have time to dig into it now so i think i’ll downgrade also

    I’ve the same issue: [checkout_manual] doesn’t work and the server error is: PHP Fatal error: Class 'Cart66Account' not found in /var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/cart66-lite/views/checkout-form.php on line 2, referer: https://www.mysite.com/store/cart/
    I’ve downgraded to version 1.1.2 and is working

    p.s. search in google “PHP Fatal error: Class ‘Cart66Account’ ” and you’ll see that other sites have the same problem as well
