Error on Create a personalized design

Hello,

We are using Printful and WooCommerce and upon clicking on “PERSONALIZE” the popup is displaying an error

“Dang it
An error occurred while creating the product. Please get in touch with the store owner.

Error code: 4-5710375-0”
