Thank you, I checked, i think i have to go with SMTP. But what all other sites also have the same problem? I wish to fix this within this contact form 7. and it is a live site, I’m scared. please help me to fix this issue!

Hey, bharti18, try making a staging version of your site and test your contact form submission.

If the staging version of your site doesn’t have any issues with form submissions, then it is likely related to your server; in that case, I would recommend installing an SMTP plugin.

Hey Bharti , I am CF7 user and admin for a few other wordpress websites.

Most common reason is SMTP issue while sending your mails from the website. Try using a WP SMTP mail plugin ( https://wpmailsmtp.com/ ) and within this plugin try setting up SendinBlue (Commonly used) https://www.brevo.com/ (they have become brevo now) . You will have to create a account with Brevo and set it up.

This should likely fix your SMTP issue .

Also use a mail logger plugin to check the mail logs – will help you with specific for why the submission failed.

Thank you. I used SMTP. its working now. Thank you so much for your support. I still have one more question, Does Contact form 7 compatible with Digits plugin ?

Hey, bharti18, I’m unsure whether CF7 is compatible with the Digits plugin. It may be compatible with CF7; I would reach out to the developers of that plugin to determine whether or not it’s compatible.
