Error on Forminator Form: CC Field missing sometimes

    I spoke with someone at bluehost about this and they suggested I post in the forum.

    The Credit Card number field in a form I created with Forminator Plug-in does not show up properly…yet sometimes it does.

    The rep I spoke with said it looked like it was a problem from converting the shortcode. I use Elementor on Ocean WP Theme.

    Something else possibly related (or maybe not) is that the menus should have an arrow icon next to them but I see a box.

    I’d appreciate your help.

    Hope you are doing good today.

    It seems like the issue is specific to the URL. That’s the issue occurs when you load the site via HTTP instead of HTTPS.

    I could replicate the same when I loaded the above /payment-form page via:
    https://websiteURL.com/payment-form

    The Credit card field loads fine when I access the same page via https, ie
    https://websiteURL.com/payment-form

    This would be the expected behaviour as the Stripe payment gateway only supports transaction via HTTPS URL.

    You’ll have to ensure the website only loads via HTTPS, you can use any of the listed SSL plugins below to force the website to load via https, so such issues don’t occur.
