As of this morning, we started getting error messages on all form submissions from Safari. When using that browser, the user cannot submit a form. They get a “Forbidden” message instead.

We are using Gravity Forms (version 2.7.16) and CleanTalk (6.2) with the most recent version of WordPress (6.3.2).

Please advise if this is a known conflict and how we can proceed. We have deactivated CleanTalk for the moment until the issue is resolved.

    Hello @marcuscrutcher,

I’ve looked into the blocked website requests and I see that some parameters are being transferred incorrectly.

We’ve improved the option “Set cookies” and now the default value of it is “Off”. We also implemented another option to gather parameters of the visitors more accurately. Please, change them on your website for more precise filtration:
    ? WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
? → set the option “Set cookies” to “Off” →
? → set the option “Use CleanTalk JavaScript library” to “On” → Save Changes.

    Then refresh your website cache.

That will fix the issue. Did it help you?
