error on import

    Hi Ulrich, thanks for creating your export to and import from CSV plugins. I am trying to move users from a site to a ‘refresh’ of the site that has been rebuilt, and have exported the users to a csv file, which looks fine. When I import it into the new site, however, I get the error:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function to_array() on a non-object in /home/bibleint/public_html/wp-includes/user.php on line 1456

    I have tried deleting all rows in the CSV file other than the header row and one single user and still get this error. What can I do to try to troubleshoot this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    This bug is caused by something else than this plugin. The behaviour of the WordPress function get_userdata is incorrect. It isn’t returning an object or false.

    Did you try deactivating all other plugins on your website before importing?
