Error on importing demo data

  • Hi!

    I cannot import the demo data. I uninstalled WordPress, installed again, tested on another server – everywhere I keep getting this error:
    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    The site uses php 7.3.

    Any help is much appreciated.
