    Hello
I got an error when trying to activate the plugin on a multisite WP installation.
    The error message was:

Hi I don’t know about the nggdb class. It seems a next gen gallery class, but is not used by header and footer.

    Hello,
Do you have any idea of what I can do to fix the issue?

Actually not, to find the problem I probably should debug the full installation… can you find the line of code where the error is raised? I could be logged in the server error logs.

Ok, do you know where I can find server logs?
I tried to install a error log plugin but get the same error when activating it.

    Error thrown

    Class ‘nggdb’ not found

I can install activate other plugins still.

Its a ubuntu server and I don’t know much about this. (bitnami multisite installation for AWS.)

Thanks, I will see if I can find this.
It might be a conflict with Redux Framework? I had Ulitmate member installed and installed Redux framework to make this work ok with the theme (virtue Kadence).
I set up a new installation of the whole system, to try Buddypress instead of UM, and there is no error on this server.

Could be, but it’s easy for us and for what we can control, to remove the tgm. Of course if there are other themes/plugins using tgm they can eventually conflict each other.

    Stefano.

    I didn’t understand that message.

    Hi!
    I get this error too!
    NextGen Gallery is installed.

I deactivate the NextGen Gallery for debugging and after that, the complete backend crashes! I have to install backup now ??

Hi I absolutely don’t know why next gen gallery is raising this error. Try to disable ngg and the re-enable if after the installation.

    Stefano.

    Hi!

Ok, after reinstalling backup i have deaktivating NextGEN Public Uploader, then NextGEN Gallery Voting, then NextGEN Gallery, and now i can activate Gwolle Guestbook.
I activating Gallery, Voting and UserUpload again.
At this point a have no more errors, shows ok…

The NextGEN Gallery Voting is not testet with the WP 4.7.2, maybe thats the prob.
Now im searching for a alternative voting plugin…

    Thanks
