    Hello Juan,

    We purchased the premium module but couldn’t use it. We attempted to unzip the module, only to find that the site broke immediately afterward with an error – There has been a critical error on your website. Despite enabling the debug log, nothing appears on the storefront. Interestingly, the error disappears as soon as we remove the module. We tried creating a ticket through the dashboard, but since the website URL isn’t set, it doesn’t give us the option to select and submit the ticket.


    I have updated the same message on this forum (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/registration-login-page-ajax-functionalities-not-working-after-enabling-module/#post-17382920), however since I didn’t receive a reply, I have created a new topic.

    It is a bit urgent. Please advise on how we should proceed.

    I tried creating a ticket but since we cannot activate the plugin, we can’t even create the ticket. We get this notification – Select the URL from the list below. You will see here only the URLs where the plugin has been activated. Make sure you activate it if you haven’t done it yet.
