Error on installing WP Forms

    Hi. I want to use template starter on my WordPress site with Elementor page builder. I tested the plugin on some of the themes and I get below error:

    What went wrong?
    Importing forms failed due to parse JSON error.

    More technical information from console:
    There was an error downloading the WP Forms file.

    When I check I see the WP forms is installed but I wee this error again. Even I removed WP Forms and install again and the problem didn’t solved. Any idea?

    Hi @saraeee,

    Please try to increase the resource by referring to this doc and try again.

    If it’s still failed, you can try to manually install the WP Forms plugin first, then try to import the template.

    Hi,

    I increased the resources according to the doc you shared in Webstation in the 3 profiles I have. But I still get the JSON error when trying to import the Nature template. WPForms is installed.

    Hi @peterhx,

    Most of the time, if you’re failing to import a Starter Template, it’s related to the server.

    Anyway, it seems your problem is a bit different with the original TS’s problem. Please start a new thread and provide more details about the problem you are facing. We will try to help our best there.
