I upgrade from 0.9.5 to 0.9.6, I got this error:

Warning: require_once(/home/content/52/7521552/html/hw3/wp-content/plugins/jazzy-forms/core/Log.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/52/7521552/html/hw3/wp-content/plugins/jazzy-forms/jazzy-forms.php on line 201

I tried to find Log.php in the plugin directory but is not there.

  • this version certainly has problems…

It shut down my entire site, I could not even access admin without renaming the jazzy-form plugin folder

I created an empty file called Log.php (assuming it is simply a log file) it does let you activate the plugin again but the form I created from version 0.9.5 now does not work at all and when you try and save something on the form it just gives you a blank screen and does not save at all.. need to go back to previous version at the moment

Same problem for me – upgrade took my site town. Deleting plugin via FTP and reinstalling previous version is workaround. Something very wrong with this version.

    Hey guys, I’m so sorry!!

Yes, I indeed forgot to include some new files in v0.9.6. That version has been online for some hours now and I’ve just removed it from the repository.

I’ve uploaded a new emergency release named v0.9.7 that should bring you back to normal.

Again, please accept my apologies for all the hassle!

Thanks for the quick fix. I can confirm the new version installs fine and my forms work.
