  • Hi Publisher100,

Sorry to see that you’re having issues using our plugin. Could you kindly paste the complete error message, together with type of error and file/line where it occurs? This will help us find the cause of the issue and address it faster.

    Publisher100,

As mentioned here, we plan on making a maintenance release that will contain a few urgent bugfixes. Therefore, we would appreciate your cooperation with looking for the source of the problem you describe, so that we can include a fix for it in that release.

    Thanks.

I have solved the problem by removing the plugin from my sites (had to go to source level to do that, but its gone, now, and I don’t notice a decrease in functionality.)

    Hi,

Could you kindly explain which plugin you removed in order to fix this issue?

The removed plug in is in the post title.

I didn’t analyze the problem in great depth; after seeing the error message which essentially shut down access to the relevant sites, and seeking guidance, the advice “remove the plugin” seemed the simplest approach, which I did. So I cannot provide the detail “line error” message to help isolate the matter.

    Hi,

So you have decided not to use our plugin at all? Just unsure how you could remove our plugin, the primary purpose of which is to import RSS/Atom feed items, without seeing a decrease in the functionality. Or what functionality do you mean, exactly?
